Your Jetpak mailer may be used to Recycle Many popular cartridge styles. Available in single for black only, single for black or color, or the 6-pak or 12-pak mailer.

Once cleaned, the cartridges are then filled to the highest capacity using IJR vacuum-filling equipment. Often with other filling equipment, the chimney is left with air bubbles, which can cause intermittent printing and streaking. Our filling processes are specifically designed to adequately fill the chimney, which ensures continuous printing.

After filling, the cartridges are then tested on OEM printers. The test prints are examined and evaluated according to IJR’s print testing criteria. Then, a trained technician determines whether the cartridges pass or fail the print test. Cartridges that fail the initial print test are then vacuumed and/or ultrasonically cleaned and retested. Three attempts are made to try to get each cartridge to perform to our print quality standards. Cartridges falling short of our criteria after three print tests are then disposed of. The cartridges that pass print testing are date coded and sent to packaging.
